Description

One Octagonal Sterling Silver Candy Dish made by Whiting Manufacturing Co made in the late 19th century in New York. Featuring repousse handles and a popcorn chain style of beaded edge. Monogramed on interior base. Stamped with makers mark, "Sterling", "1064 C". In 1926 the Whiting Manufacturing Co. was absorbed into Gorham.
